What got me to where I am today
Working in the areas of psychiatric mental health, community, and family nursing in many settings, I have come to be convinced that we can do better in helping people live healthy, whole, meaningful lives. As a lifelong learner, I have training in NVC, EFT, Mindfulness, Grief Recovery, and Mind in the Making, and am always adding to my toolbox!
After 30+ years of nursing and raising 6 amazing human beings, I was trained and certified as a Dreambuilder coach and Life Mastery Consultant through the Brave Thinking Institute. As a transformational life and family coach I have been integrating strengths-based holistic principles in support of individuals and families for over 6 years.
I have learned much through all my failures and successes through education and the school of life.
The knowledge, strategies, and tips I offer will help you bring more JOY, ease and meaning to your life, with fewer hard lessons and less anxiety!!
